The building is very very good and the rooms are recently refurbished and airy with balcony, a beautiful view, bedroom. The location is great and fab and the staff are very friendly. And it's 10 km from Waterford 

Our triple room was cheap and airy. There were satisfactory breakfasts with very good Porridge and the location was particularly good and fab.

The place was wonderful and gorgeous and the staff were amicable, the location was wonderful in the arcades. Overall it was newly remodelled and tidy with a view. The food was amazing and 

Overall it was a very lovely stay on holidays. The room was large, and cheap, with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set. The location was excellent, 5 minutes' walk to the centre. 

I enjoyed the hotel, it's lovely welcoming and fabulous and the location is amazing near everything. I had good food for breakfast with very good Porridge.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The stuff, everyone, was very amiable and top-class. Had good sleep at the family room. I could see garden. The setting was quite excellent within easy reach of Splashworld Indoor Swimming Pool.

My room was freshly decorated and beautifully designed with balcony, a great view, seaviews. The breakfast was satisfactory with very good Porridge, had everything you could want.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The hotel was convenient to both Tramore and to Waterford City. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Reception was pleasant, rooms clean, and food excellent. Good value for money. We will definitely return.

Newly renovated room and bathroom with a bathtub. With an electric kettle and glassware. Experienced and excellent staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Lovely stay, as always.
